Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the weight of professional dartboards and wooden cabinets, these items are shipped via specialized couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I return a set of darts if I have already used them?

To maintain our quality standards, we only accept returns on darts that are in their original, unused packaging. Once darts have been thrown and show signs of board impact or barrel wear, they are no longer eligible for return.
